Alvegan Controller

The Alvegan Controller was a vast vegetable brain, dwelling at the core of the planet Alvega. The Alvegan Controller directed the resistance to the Daleks of all life on the planet, including the Amarylls and the Alvegan Worm.

Although well defended and hidden beneath the planet’s surface, the Controller was ultimately unable to resist the power of the Daleks. It was destroyed by the last Dalek survivor of the invasion force sent to Alvega. Without the controller the planet was unable to maintain its integrity and was thus destroyed.
